Hi, I'm Javier Verdin, Founder of Top Flight Training

Growing up, soccer was my outlet. Being born and raised in a single-income family, opportunities were limited. However, the dedication for soccer began early.

Years later, I was working in the corporate world at Weather tech and played semi-pro soccer in the afternoon, but I still felt a void. Something wasn’t it. My occupation? A lack of fulfillment? Both?

That’s when I discovered Toca Naperville. I loved everything about it until they made bizarre changes with their program...

No dribbling? Limited creativity? I started to lose hope towards something I thought was going to be revolutionary.

However, on April 4th, 2023, Top Flight Training was born. My discipline to help you and your child succeed comes from teachings that I didn’t learn until later on.
